4th Day: Cap Formentera & relaxed in Palma

Updated: Feb 5

We start with a light breakfast that we got from the bakery beforehand, in the port of Alcudia, exactly on the viewing platform. A bit windy but something different.

Port d'Alcùdia

Alcudia has a very beautiful beach and a beautiful old town that is protected by a wall and there you can also find the Porta del Moll, the city gate.

Port del Moll

Shopping Alleys, sights and small parks. There are very harmonious corners here.

Old Town

One of the parts of the city wall can be walked on and here and there you can have a look above Alcudia.

At Cap Formentor it was cloudy, pure sunshine and very windy today. The light was always very good and photographically it's really fun here.

Cap Formentor

There are a lot of beautiful perspectives, the light plays well.

The drive further up to the top of the cap, there are more viewpoints for taking photos and a cafe with a lighthouse. A winding route, many cyclists are on the way here and traffic jams can also occur, depending on the season.

We had an espresso there and enjoyed the view. The cafe itself was very nice, with toilets and well maintained. Everything was there for the small and large hunger. But it's a little expensive...

Far de Formentor

This goat was extremely pushy and stole my 3€ croissant from my hand.

Yummy

We drove back and saw a small bay that we had not seen on the way there. It is located directly under or to the left of the cap. Some people go swimming there, but down there it takes a few minutes on foot and you have to go up again.

Cala Bóquer / Balearic crocus

In Mallorca you can do really nice wine tours and we visited a wine house in Binissalem and bought a few.

Josè L. Ferrer

Let's go to Palma, eat and take a walk.

Palma

Through the Alleys...

At that time we still ate a lot of meat, but today we are more vegetarian. The ham was extremely tasty and also the sweets.

This club Abaco looked very interesting and we went in. We were led into the backyard garden. Everything was very nice, really nice club and atmosphere but also the drinks menu was fine. We paid for 2 small Cocktails 31€...they were good.

All in one day. Mallorca is never boring!
